The coarseness of the texture is determined by how far apart the two stones are set. Since very little heat is generated, all the nutrients come through.

We now offer two convenient packaging options.  Our kraft bag with tin-tie closure is available for wholesale customers in the grocery industry, as well as for regular customers for their own personal consumption.  New to our packaging line is a hand-made cloth pouch.  We have eight coordinating, country style, fabrics to go with our eight products.
