Our family has been growing quality grains in the heart of Wyoming wheat country since 1914.  We are fourth generation farmers and ranchers.  In 1999, Gaukel Grown & Ground was established near Keeline, Wyoming, allowing them to bring their grain straight from their Wyoming wheat field to your home.

Today people are striving to lead a more healthy lifestyle, and we are helping them reach their goals. We stone grind our wheat, leaving it as healthful as nature intended.

Stone-grinding leaves the wheat kernels whole allowing the wheat germ to be retained. This gives our mixes a higher source of fiber and other nutrients. There are NO additives or preservatives used in our mixes. They are so natural that we recommend freezing them until use to maintain their high quality.
